Due to most of our items being hand made to order, please be aware that items will vary, the finish will not be identical and most items will gain a desirable, distressed patina as they age.

Please read our delivery policy for details on delivery.  Alternatively you could collect from my studio on the Herts/Cambs border. We are happy to arrange deliveries local to Cambridge.

Please email or call if you would like to place an order. We will need to take your address and telephone number and the preferred method of payment. Payment can be by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (there is a small percentage clearing charge for payments made through Paypal).

An invoice will then be emailed to you with the details of the item to be purchased and with our payment details and address.

A 50% deposit will be taken for all items that are made to your specifications before any work is started. (see below)

Your item will be dispatched for delivery when full payment has been received.

As these items are made specifically to your requirements 50% of the cost of the item is payable upon ordering and is non-refundable after the initial 3 days cooling-off period. The remaining 50% of the payment, must be paid before delivery or if paying by cheque, funds must clear before the item is shipped.

For commissioned items please allow for a delivery time of up to 6-8 weeks from order. Sometimes this may be shorter. Likely lead time will be given to you when an order is taken. Note that the rusting is an organic process which is natural and cannot be fully controlled; it will continue to evolve and deepen after you have taken delivery of the item. We try to ensure that the overall finish is clearly shown in our selected photos of the product. If concerned then please request additional photos or visit our workshop.

Commissioned items are non-returnable for any other reason than that they are faulty.

You can either arrange your own courier, use a website such as Shiply for finding a courier, or we will ship to you using myHermes. The charge for delivery will be confirmed at order: expect it to be somewhere in the region of £4.20 to £15.00 depending on weight/distance etc. If arranging your own courier, ensure it has adequate insurance as we cannot accept returns where your courier is at fault for breakage.
